Delete your Rawaken data

This page is for the Android app Rawaken (package ra.waken.app) on Google Play.
How to request deletion
- Email homi3kh@gmail.com with the subject Rawaken data deletion request. You may also write contact@rawaken.app.
- If you bought a membership or gratitude product, include the Google account email used on that device. Rawaken has no username of its own.
- On the phone, open Android Settings, then Apps, then Rawaken, then Storage, then Clear storage (or uninstall the app). That removes on-device data immediately.
We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- On your device: saved transmissions, the local membership grant, the usage-analytics preference, the Firebase app-instance id, and cached catalog, Field, and wallpaper files. Clear storage or uninstall removes these at once.
- On our servers: Rawaken does not create an account or keep a profile. A Play purchase token is used only to issue a short-lived membership grant (at most 24 hours) and is not stored as a user record. If you started a 7-day trial, we hold a hashed device identifier and trial timestamps as a private object. Email us and we delete that object. Uninstall does not reset the trial clock. When you email us, we confirm we hold no stored profile for you. Google Analytics for Firebase stores usage events under an app-instance id, not a Rawaken account. We cannot look up your phone in that dataset. Turning usage analytics off in More stops new events. Clear storage drops the local app-instance id. Google may retain aggregated Analytics records on its side.
What is kept
- Google Play purchase and subscription records stay with Google. Cancel a subscription in the Google Play subscription centre. We cannot erase Play's own records.
- Field charts are public geophysical reconstructions, not information about you.
- If you used the free app with ads, Unity LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network, and Liftoff Monetize may have seen the device advertising ID. That processing is theirs. Reset the advertising ID in Android settings to stop linking future ads to the old ID.
Retention
We do not retain a personal account. Membership grants expire within 24 hours. Deletion emails are handled, then discarded, except as needed to show the request was fulfilled.
